S.M.A.R.T Decompression Technology is the future of non-surgical spinal treatment.
Backed by science and engineered for results, the Spine Series represents a revolution in spinal recovery — a world-first advancement in SMART Decompression Technology (Spinal Mobilisation and Rotational Therapy). This multi-rotational 3D system goes far beyond the limits of traditional traction or static decompression, using intelligent mobilisation and controlled rotation to restore movement, reduce disc pressure, and re-educate spinal function in ways once thought impossible.
Trusted by leading neurosurgical departments and premier medical facilities worldwide, the Spine Series has set a new global benchmark in non-surgical spinal care. By combining precise biomechanics, modern engineering, and evidence-based results, it achieves outcomes that conventional traction could only dream of — redefining what’s possible in spinal restoration.

TECHNOLOGY
How is the MT Base different from other decompression machines?
There is nothing available globally which come close in terms of features or functions.
How is the Spine series different from other decompression machines?
The Spine Series are non-surgical spinal decompression systems that use a rotating screw mechanism which gently relieves pressure and can isolate and provide decompression to specific spinal segments aided by 3D mobilization with controlled multi-directional spinal movement, improving joint flexibility and alignment and increasing the overall effectiveness of the treatment.
What conditions can the Spine series help treat?
It’s designed to support patients with disc herniations, sciatica, DDD, nerve compression, postural imbalances with studies also showing great benefit for long term scoliosis.
Does the Spine Series use traction or true decompression technology?
The Spine Series use true decompression via a rotating screw mechanism, unlike traditional traction therapy which use external pulleys. The mechanism allows for segmental targeting and superior reduction in intradiscal pressure, without guarding.
How does 3D mobilisation benefit patient outcomes?
3D mobilization restores spinal mobility, improves joint health, promotes blood flow and enhances overall decompression effectiveness.
Can I customize treatment settings for each patient?
Yes. Every session can be fully tailored to the patient’s specific spinal needs, region and condition.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
Do you provide training for new clinics or practitioners?
Yes, we provide comprehensive online and on-site training.
Is there ongoing support after installation?
Absolutely. You’ll have ongoing access to support, updates, and community resources & webinars.
What is included in the online training modules?
Step-by-step tutorials, comprehensive decompression training, treatment guides, safety protocols, and troubleshooting support.
How do I join the Skool community?
You’ll receive a private access link after purchase to join our practitioner network on Skool. It is exclusive to Spine Series providers.
Do you offer live demonstrations or webinars?
Yes. We have a functional showroom at Townsville Spine and Sports Med led by Dr. Pont. Practitioners are welcome by invitation only.
Can my team be certified in using the Spine Series?
Yes, upon completion of training, your team receives official certification.
CLINIC INTEGRATION
How much space do I need to install the machines
Minimum of 1.5m x 3m.
Is it easy to integrate into an existing clinic setup?
Yes, it’s designed to fit seamlessly alongside existing equipment and treatment workflows. The Spine Series is a natural extension of conservative care.
Can the systems operate as a standalone service or should it be combined with other therapies?
It can be used as a standalone treatment or paired with manual therapy and rehabilitation treatments.
How long does a typical session take?
Most treatments run between 20–30 minutes, depending on the program selected. We recommend 25 minute sessions for scheduling efficiency.
How quickly can clinics expect to see patient results?
Many patients report relief within the first few sessions, with consistent improvement over a full treatment plan.
What is the recommended treatment frequency?
Typically 2–3 times per week during initial care, then adjusted based on patient progress.
What is the recommended amount of treatments?
It is different per patient. As per the study the minimum effective dose is 10 sessions per area, within a 8 week period to achieve exceptional resorption of discal material.
Can I treat cervical and lumbar at the same time?
No. 1 session per day is the maximum frequency recommended for patient safety.
What's the maximum amount of treatments a patient can complete?
There is no maximum. Some patients have chosen to complete upwards of 50 treatments as their condition continues to improve.
Can a patient do more than 3 sessions per week?
Yes. Though safety of the patient should always be considered and monitored, New York Medical Group led by Dr Cheung prescribes 5 sessions per week for 4 weeks, with exceptional changes in pain levels and mobility scores.
Can I decompress the thoracic spine?
No. The ribcage does not allow for effective decompression of the spine.
What segments can be decompressed?
Targeted decompression from C1 to T1 in the cervical region and T12 to S1 in the lumbar region. This enables precise treatment of both upper and lower spinal segments for tailored, condition-specific care.
TECHNICAL & MAINTENANCE
What kind of maintenance does the MT Base require?
Very little—routine cleaning and calibration & sensor test at year 5 & 7 are all that’s needed.
Is the software regularly updated?
The machines operates as a standalone system and do not require an internet connection. When updates are available, they are supplied and installed easily via USB.
What power requirements does the system need?
A standard 240V outlet is all that’s required.
Who do I contact for technical support or servicing?
Our team are available 24/7. Servicing agreements are available.
How long is the warranty period?
Each unit includes a comprehensive 12-month full warranty and a 24-month parts warranty. Extended coverage options are also available for additional peace of mind.
